Welcome to amathriftedluxe . By accessing our website, social media shop pages, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
- Product Nature & Condition
Because amathriftedluxe specializes in curated, vintage, and pre-loved jeans, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Condition: Items are thrifted/vintage and may show minor signs of wear. Any significant flaws (stains, holes, heavy distressing) will be noted in the product description and photos.
Color Accuracy: We do our best to display item colors accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
- Sizing and Measurements
Vintage and thrifted jeans often fit differently than modern sizing tags indicate.
We provide exact flat-lay measurements (e.g., waist, hips, rise, and inseam) for each pair of jeans.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check these measurements against their own clothing before purchasing. We are not responsible for items that do not fit if the measurements provided were accurate.
- Orders and Payments
Availability: All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.
Payment Methods: We accept Mobile Money. Orders will only be processed once full payment is cleared.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delays and Loss: Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, amathriftedluxe is not responsible for transit delays, lost packages, or items stolen after delivery. We will, however, assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
- Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All Sales Are Final: Due to the unique nature of thrifted items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before buying.
Jeans must be returned in the exact condition they were received (unworn, unwashed, and with any shop tags attached) only in Sunyani.
- Intellectual Property
All content on our platform—including logos, brand names, product photography, and text—is the property of amathriftedluxe. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our express written permission. - Limitation of Liability
amathriftedluxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. - Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to our platform.
